Families Helping Families is not just a December program.

Our work happens year-round.

As soon as Christmas ends, we begin planning for the summer Back-to-School drive and the next holiday season.

In previous years, we did not need to ask for operating support in the spring.

We had funding in place, but that funding is no longer available. Fortunately, most of our costs are relatively low thanks to our incredible volunteer base, but the essential expenses: rent, phone, internet, computers, insurance, storage space for warehouse supplies, and staff time are very real and very urgent.
