Our History

For 35 years, Palmetto Project has partnered with WIS News 10 and the incredible Midlands community to bring holiday magic to more than 75,000 families.

In 2024, teachers, parents, and community-based organizations shared with Palmetto Project the greatest needs of our neighbors in need at the start of the school year.

So we took action. With YOU.

Because of the generosity of our Midlands friends and families, we have provided 1,600 backpacks filled with school supplies for local students in need since 2024.
