We only accept family referrals from existing partner agencies only. Please contact your social worker or case manager to inquire about eligibility.
We serve families with children, adults with disabilities, and senior citizens in need.
An approved social service agency must screen, approve, and refer all families applying for assistance. All families must be deemed in need and meet our income requirements.
